I wanted to again thank Sabrina and the entire group of caregivers at Ruth Wood Open Arms house for taking such amazing care of my mom over the last few months. She has received outstanding care and the entire staff have become like extended family. It will be emotional to say goodbye when Donna moves. While my mom is a unique patient to Open Arms as she is not a hospice patient the facility, the care givers, everything about it is welcoming, comforting and has provided so much peace of mind to us that my Mom is in great hands. I know it provides the same comfort to the other residents and family members. I think I can speak for my sisters when I say we are eternally grateful that a facility like this exists in Visalia and that my Mom has been able to experience all that it has to offer. If you are looking for a local nonprofit that makes a true difference to its patients and families, this is one.
